Karen More is the Founder of More2life and is a Master NLP Practitioner and certified member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming set up as a quality control measure by Dr Richard Bandler, the creator of NLP. Karen trained with Dawn Flockhart who has trained with and assisted on Paul McKenna’s training and hypnosis seminars for 5 years. Karen is also a certified member of British Institute of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (BIH), - one of the longest established associations of hypnotherapists /psychotherapists and NLP Practitioners, committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence. The BIH is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, also a member of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO), a national umbrella confederation. Karen also trained with Curly Martin of the Achievement Specialists and holds a Professional Life Coaching Diploma and is an Associate of the European Institute of Coaching. Karen also has a background in Human Resource Consultancy and holds a First Class Honours degree in Business studies with Human Resource Management (HRM), a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM & is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

More2life Sessions & fees

Coaching sessions
A life coaching programme normally consists of approximately six sessions as this allows us to look at your life as a whole (as each area is inextricably linked) and crucially allows you time to implement any actions or changes with the support of the Life Coach. The minimum number of session we recommend you commit to is four.

Normally appointments are made every 2 weeks (or at least 2 appointments per month) with each client but this can vary depending upon your specific requirements. The first session will focus on where you are currently, where you want to be and what you want to get out of coaching. The investment in pounds is small compared to the huge change it can make to your life!

Telephone Coaching:
Individual sessions are payable in advance of the coaching.

1 hour sessions @ £45 per session

Pay in advance for a block of six sessions and get a 10% discount off the total value

In certain circumstances shorter sessions can be arranged.

Face to Face Coaching
Sessions are payable in advance of the coaching.

1 hour sessions @ £50 per session

Pay in advance for a block of six sessions and get a 10% discount off the total value

One-off Coaching
One off coaching sessions to help prepare for an important event such as a presentation or job interview can be offered.

1 hour & 30 min session @ £75 investment

NLP & Hypnosis Appointments
NLP & Hypnosis sessions can vary depending upon the individual circumstances. Normally the initial session lasts 2 hours or at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. An initial consultation will take place at the time of making the appointment. NLP & Hypnosis normally requires one initial 2 hour appointment with a 1 hour follow up appointment thereafter. Remember that NLP is known as brief therapy as usually a specific problem can be effectively addressed within a single or few sessions.

Prices are:
1 hour = £50
1 hour and 30 minutes = £75
2 hours = £100

With NLP & Hypnosis, you can change key areas of your life. Our 6 hours worth of NLP & Hypnosis combined package can allow you to change any key areas of your life, for example:
