What is Life Coaching?


In short, we would say Life Coaching is often a transformational, uplifting and extremely rewarding process that can change the way you think about yourself and the way you live your life. Life Coaching with More2life challenges any negative beliefs you have holding you back, allows you to see situations differently and makes you feel more positive about yourself and your life. Life Coaching usually lasts up to six sessions (but this can vary depending upon your specific requirements) and appointments are scheduled at regular intervals over a period of weeks/ months. What Life Coaching isn't

• Life Coaching is neither counselling nor therapy. Life Coaching focuses on the present and future – not the past

• Life Coaching at More2Life is mostly non-directional (in other words we won’t tell you what to do). We will open up your eyes to who you are and open up your mind to your possibilities.

What can I expect from my Life Coach?

• To conduct all meetings with dignity and respect
• To trust that you will never be judged
• To be supported and challenged where necessary (with your permission!)
• To listen and be patient
• To challenge any negative self beliefs that hold you back
• To be committed to assist you in making positive changes and getting you the results you want!

What is required of me as a Life Coaching client?

• To be open and honest at all times
• Be willing and open to attempting new ways of achieving your goals
• To call for (or attend) appointments on time
• To arrange payment in advance of the sessions
(if telephone coaching)

What can Life Coaching do for me?

Life Coaching can help with many different areas in your life, you may be:

- Suffering from a lack of fulfilment, feel stuck in a rut and be looking for a new direction/change

Can Life Coaching, NLP & Hypnosis be combined in a session?

At more2life, we believe in getting results quickly for you so if we feel that you would benefit from some NLP Techniques or hypnosis in a coaching session then we will utilise them with your agreement and time permitting. Occasionally it may be appropriate to book a separate session specifically for NLP/ Hypnosis to allow sufficient time to fully focus on your individual requirements.
